Counselling Services
I offer counselling to individuals in Melbourne’s Northern and Western Suburbs.
I offer in-person or online appointments. Sessions are available on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays and can accommodate some after-hours appointments.
Based in Essendon, I can support you with:
Individual Counselling – a safe space to talk through challenges, gain insight, and develop practical strategies for moving forward.
Anxiety – managing worry, overthinking, stress, panic, social anxiety, and building confidence in everyday life.
Depression – navigating low mood, loss of motivation, feelings of hopelessness, and reconnecting with what matters most to you.
The Effects of Trauma, Abuse and Family Violence – supporting healing, rebuilding a sense of safety, and developing healthy coping strategies.
Relationship Issues – exploring challenges in family relationships, friendships, romantic relationships, and communication patterns.
Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence – identifying strengths, overcoming self-doubt, and building a healthier relationship with yourself.
Life Transitions and Personal Growth – support through change, uncertainty, decision-making, and finding direction.
Stress Management and Emotional Wellbeing – developing practical tools to manage life's pressures and improve emotional resilience.
Youth and Young Adults (16–25) – supporting young people through challenges such as anxiety, identity, friendships, family dynamics, study pressures, independence, and navigating the transition into adulthood.
I am particularly passionate about working with adolescents and women, helping them build resilience, overcome anxiety, strengthen their self-belief, and develop the confidence and independence needed to create fulfilling lives.
My approach is collaborative and person-centred, recognising that each person is unique and already possesses many of the strengths needed for growth and healing. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you uncover those strengths and use them to move towards the life you want to live.
Individual sessions are one hour in length and are charged at $125 per session. Discounts are available for students and concession card holders.
Medicare does not currently offer rebates for these counselling services, rebates are available for some private health funds. (Bupa, Medibank, AHM, ARGH & Police Health Fund)
